Simplify working hours
Put wheels on workers and simplify working hours.
Does your employee have a pedometer in his pocket?
Even if your office is small, many employees drive miles every day.
We were going at about five kilometres an hour.If an employee takes 8-10,000 steps in a workday, that’s the equivalent of 6 kilometers and takes 1 hour and 10 minutes. It becomes 6 hours in a working week – or 276 hours in a year!
You can even figure out what happens when you increase an employee’s hourly wage!If you have many employees who spend a lot of time on internal transportation, you may want to consider new options.
Motorow electric scooters travel 20 kilometers per hour.If your employees remove the scooter from the above example instead of walking, the transport time is reduced by 70% in principle.
They can drive them in 20 minutes instead of walking 6 kilometers in 1 hour and 10 minutes. Therefore, the weekly time consumption is reduced to 1 hour and 40 minutes.Within one year, no less than 200 hours can be converted from transport time to qualified working time.
There’s no natural law that says employees like to exercise in the workplace, but since some employees like to move and jump over scooters it’s not always appropriate, so let’s say half the internal transit time is from one wheel to the other. It’s still 100 hours.
In addition to shifting time from internal transportation to qualified working hours, you can also get some happier employees. This is partly because they have to cut back and have more time to complete their work during normal working hours.Partly because most people think it’s pure pamper, and it’s really fun to play on a scooter.
